Dear Jesus,

I acknowledge that I am a sinner.
I repent of all my sins and ask You to forgive me. 
I believe You are the Son of God. 
I believe You went to the cross, died and rose for me.
Not just to save me from my sins but to reveal to me of my value.
That I was worth Your precious blood.
Thank you Jesus, come into my heart and save me.
I give You my life.
I receive You now as my Savior, my Lord and my God.
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and make me Born Again.
I am Yours forever and will serve You and follow You for the rest of my life. 

I declare now that I am a new creation,
Old things have passed away and all things have become new.
I am now a child of the most high God,
Sealed with the Holy Spirit,
Sitting in heavenly places with Christ,
I am now a citizen of Heaven.
I am the righteousness of God,
The Temple of the Holy Spirit,
I have been called out of darkness into His marvelous light,
I am bought with a price so from now on I will glorify God in my body.
